Stage 4: Internal Verification
The purpose of Qube’s internal verification policies and procedures are
to ensure consistency and quality of assessment throughout your NVQ
programme.
Our centre’s Lead Internal Verifier will ensure that
internal verification is regularly carried out, policies and procedures
are implemented and evaluated and liaison with awarding bodies is
maintained.
The Lead Verifier will also ensure that internal
verifiers moderate the quality of assessment by systematically sampling
assessment decisions to confirm the quality and consistency of those
decisions throughout the centre.
Internal verification will be implemented both on-site
during the delivery of the NVQ programme and off-site as part of the
final internal verification and certification process.
